Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over green beans and roast 5 more minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, toss, and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon just before serving.
