Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas about 1 1/2 cups mashed
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs eggs
Add-ins
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs and oil.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
