Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs eggs
Add-ins
  • 1 cup cup chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with sugar, oil, and eggs.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in pecans.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the batter.
