Method
- Combine lemon juice, zest, garlic, and tahini/dijon. Blend or whisk to emulsify.
- Slowly stream in olive oil, whisking to emulsify. Add nutritional yeast/parmesan, salt & pepper. Taste and adjust.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
For a thicker vinaigrette, add a little more tahini.
