Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix marinara, ricotta, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Add cooked pasta and vegetables, then combine.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with cheeses, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool briefly, then serve and enjoy!
