Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 390 g All purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 7 tbsp Granulated sugar
Wet ingredients
  • 590 ml Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, create a well and set aside.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl until combined.
  3. Pour wet into dry, stir gently until just combined.
  4. Heat butter in a pan, pour batter, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with toppings of choice.

Notes

Ensure not to overmix the batter for fluffy pancakes.
