A quick and easy tuna melt wrap perfect for lunch or a light dinner. This recipe combines tuna, cheese, and a few simple ingredients for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
  

Tuna Melt Wrap Ingredients
  • 1 can tuna, drained (5 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened

Method
 

  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Spread tuna mixture evenly over both tortillas.
  3. Top each tortilla with 2 slices of cheddar cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly.
  5. Spread softened butter on the outside of each wrap.
  6. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  7. Cook wraps for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas and light mayonnaise.
