Method
- In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out the tortillas.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Top each with 2 slices of cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier wrap, add a dash of hot sauce to the tuna mixture.
