Method
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in milk, sugar, and cocoa; bring to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in oats until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let cool to set.
Notes
Use quick oats for best texture and quick setting.
