Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and gradually add sugar mixture.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla, then alternate adding milk and dry ingredients.
- Fill liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool before serving.
