  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or agave)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth, adding water if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  4. Drizzle over Buddha bowl ingredients.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use toasted tahini.
