Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 cup carrots (finely shredded)
  • 2 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Chop broccoli into small pieces and shred carrots.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté vegetables and garlic for 5 minutes.
  3. Add orzo and broth, cook for 10-15 minutes until absorbed.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and parmesan until melted and creamy.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

This dish can be paired with grilled chicken or fish for added protein.
