- Chop broccoli and shred carrots.
- Heat oil in a pot, sauté vegetables and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Add orzo and broth, cook for 10-15 minutes until absorbed.
- Stir in cream cheese and parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

You can add grilled chicken or fish for extra protein.
