Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 oz Ranch Salad Dressing mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1.5 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 0.25 cup butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix chicken, Ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Spread into dish.
  3. Combine crushed crackers and melted butter, sprinkle over the mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese and sour cream.
