  • 1 bag pre-chopped salad in a bag
  • 4 rolls or bread rolls or bread
  • 1 package Tyson’s grilled and ready chicken strips
  • 1 cup ready chopped vegetables such as peppers and onions
  • 2 tsp fajita spices like salt, pepper, lime juice and chili powder
  • 4 tortillas tortillas
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup mango salsa
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple
  • 1 cup uncle ben’s 90 sec wild rice
  • 1 bag steam-able frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 package trader joe’s breaded chicken
  • 1 box trader joe’s frozen mac n cheese
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup homemade sauce
  • 1 flatbread wood fire crusts or flatbread
  • 1 cup sliced or shredded mozzarella
  • 1 package pre-made ravioli
  • 1 jar napoli sauce
  • 1 bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 box uncooked pasta
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 bag frozen veggies
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 loaf bread
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 bag frozen spinach mozzarella ravioli
  • 1 can canned stewed tomatoes
  • 1 bag frozen green beans
  • 2 chicken breasts chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp evoo
  • 1 bag frozen stir fry veggies
  • to taste seasoning of choice
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 can canned chicken
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tortillas tortillas
  • 1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can canned refried black beans
  • 2 avocados avocados
  • 2 shallots shallots
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tomatoes tomatoes
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 can canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package pre-made guacamole
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup spanish rice
  • 4 corn tortillas corn tortilla
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 pound seasoned beef
  • 1 packet pre-prepped fajitas mix

Method
 

  1. Chop rotisserie chicken and toss with pre-chopped salad. Serve with rolls or bread.
  2. Sauté vegetables and spices for 5 minutes, add chicken, cook until heated through.
  3. Mix mango salsa, canned pineapple, and boneless chicken in crock pot; serve over rice.
  4. Prepare a casserole with cooked chicken, cheese, and sauce; bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, top with shredded cheese.
  5. Sauté chicken cubes in evoo, add frozen stir fry veggies and seasoning; cook until done.
  6. Spread canned chicken mixed with spices and mayonnaise on tortillas, fry until crispy.
