Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
  5. Drop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Cool cookies on racks before serving.

Notes

For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the baking sheet.
