Method
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey (if using), lemon zest, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Whisk well until emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Whisk well before using.
Notes
For a smoother vinaigrette, use a blender or immersion blender to emulsify the ingredients.
