  • 3 pieces zucchinis, spiralized
Protein
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauces and Condiments
  • 1 cup basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill and season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toss zoodles with pesto, slice chicken, and serve on top.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
