Method

- Knead, divide into 4, roll into ropes, and shape into circles.
- Brush bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake at 350°F for 23 minutes, then increase to 500°F and bake 2 more minutes.

For a crispier top, increase oven temperature for the final minutes.
