  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour or 2/3 cup oat flour for GF
  • Optional cinnamon, hemp hearts, salt Optional add-ins

Method
 

  1. Mash bananas until smooth.
  2. Whisk eggs into bananas until combined.
  3. Stir in flour and optional add-ins.
  4. Heat skillet; lightly grease.
  5. Pour batter; cook 2-3 min until bubbles form, then flip and cook 1-2 min more.
