  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1/4 cup honey optional
  • 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread optional
  • 1 cup granola any flavor
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened or sweetened
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, pecans
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • Plastic wrap or parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Peel and pat dry the bananas.
  2. Spread peanut butter on one banana, drizzle with honey if using.
  3. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on the other banana (optional).
  4. Lay out plastic wrap or parchment paper.
  5. Combine toppings or keep separate.
  6. Roll bananas in toppings.
  7. Wrap tightly and chill in freezer for 30-60 minutes.
  8. Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  9. Arrange on a plate and add extra toppings (optional).
  10. Serve immediately.
