Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss vegetables with 1 tablespoon avocado oil and half the salt; spread on a sheet pan.
- Rub salmon fillets with garlic powder, paprika, remaining salt, and 1 tablespoon avocado oil; place on the sheet pan with vegetables.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lemon juice before serving.
