Method
- Preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, then fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into 12 large cookies and place on baking sheets 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 minutes until golden. Cool slightly and serve warm or with ice cream.
