Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas mashed
  • 3/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 eggs large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and mix in honey, eggs, and olive oil.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
