Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix in honey, eggs, and olive oil.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
