Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C. Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Whisk dry ingredients. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
- Cream butter, sugar, lemon zest, and lavender until fluffy. Mix in egg.
- Add dry ingredients low speed until just combined. Scoop and flatten dough onto sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, cool on wire rack. Mix glaze with powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lavender extract. Decorate cookies and let set.
