Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional for breadcrumbs)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish, top with cheese, and add breadcrumbs if desired.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!

You can add extra vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
