- Mix sliced steak with cornstarch and soy sauce, then set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables until tender-crisp.
- Add cooked steak and shrimp to the pan, stir to combine, and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
